Email support@timestampedgps.com. Include the Timestamped GPS version, iOS version, device model, and what you expected to happen.
Do not email sensitive jobsite photos, precise location, verification codes, deletion credentials, or other confidential project information unless support provides an approved channel.
Common fixes
- Camera unavailable: enable Camera in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security.
- No GPS stamp: enable Location While Using the App and Precise Location.
- Photo not in the camera roll: allow Timestamped GPS to add photos.
- Verification unavailable: keep the local capture record and retry on a stable connection.
- Registry publishing: open Gallery > Settings > Public verification registry. Publishing, exact location, and address are separate controls that default off.
- Deletion waiting: reconnect and reopen Timestamped GPS so the queued deletion can retry.
- Purchases: open About & Privacy > Timestamped GPS Pro and use Restore Purchases with the Apple ID that made the purchase.
- Ad choices: open Gallery > Settings > Ad privacy choices.
Verification and privacy requests
New public records use an on-device deletion credential and are removed from the registry when their local capture is deleted. For a legacy record or another privacy request, email privacy@timestampedgps.com with the affected verification code. Do not send the underlying jobsite photo unless support requests it through an approved channel.
