These terms govern your use of Timestamped GPS. By using the app or verification service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Timestamped GPS helps create field photos, videos, timestamps, location labels, project records, checklists, timesheets, reports, and optional public verification records. Features may vary by platform, configuration, region, and subscription status.
Timestamped GPS records device and service assertions. A stamp, file fingerprint, verification code, or registration result does not independently prove what a camera saw, authenticate a person, establish a physical location, or determine legal or regulatory compliance.
Your records and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the content you capture, enter, publish, export, or share. You must have the permissions and lawful basis required to photograph a site, record audio, process location information, use a company logo, and share records with other people.
You are responsible for reviewing every stamp, checklist answer, report, and export before relying on or delivering it. Do not use Timestamped GPS as the sole control for safety-critical, emergency, payroll, legal, or compliance decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access or rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, publish unlawful content, misrepresent altered evidence as independently authenticated, or use another person’s confidential information without authorization.
Timestamped GPS Pro
Paid features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple when enabled. The App Store shows the localized price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial eligibility before confirmation. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, and subscription management are handled through your Apple account and Apple’s applicable terms. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
If Pro expires, the app may stop allowing new Premium actions and may resume Timestamped GPS-controlled ads. Existing captures, verification records, timesheets, project labels, saved profiles, and generated report files are not intentionally deleted or hidden because a subscription ends.
Availability and retention
Local records can be lost if the app or device is removed, damaged, reset, or unavailable. Back up important exports yourself. Public verification records normally expire after their stated retention period and may be deleted earlier using a valid deletion credential or support process.
The service may change, pause, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the product. No online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Third-party services
Apple, Apple Weather, RevenueCat, Google, mapping and location providers, hosting providers, and destinations you choose for sharing or export may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Kyle Becker is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Timestamped GPS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that records will satisfy a particular evidentiary, contractual, legal, safety, or regulatory requirement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
